"Helped me out without making me feel scammed"
I needed to change a flight and was stressed about it. I’m always a little worried with travel stuff that I’m going to get hit with some surprise fee or somehow be fooled into doing the wrong thing. But Cheapoair support got back to me quicker than I expected, and the agent explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The wait wasn’t bad, they were nice, and the whole thing ended up being simple. I really appreciated that.

I had a little mix-up with my seat selection, but cheapoair got it sorted out quickly. I ended up getting the seats I wanted and didn’t even have to call back a second time. Happy with how it went.

So I got this email from Cheapoair about a schedule change. At first I was kind of like… wait, what changed? It wasn’t super clear to me right away. I ended up calling them, had to sit on hold for a bit, which wasn’t great. But once I got someone, they explained the new flight time clearly. A little annoying, sure, but in the end it was handled okay. Not perfect, but good enough.

I booked my flight through cheapoair and, not gonna lie, I was a little nervous waiting for the confirmation email to show up. But it came through within just a few minutes, and all the ticket details were right there and easy to read.

It was kind of a relief not having to wait around or call customer service. For the price and how fast everything was confirmed, I’m happy with it. I’d definitely use them again.

I booked my flight through cheapoair and the confirmation email came in pretty much right away, which was a relief. I didn’t have to sit there refreshing my inbox over and over, because I really hate when companies make you wait and wait for basic booking info.
The reminders and updates came through on time too, so I’ll give them credit for that. I still wish the whole process felt a little less cluttered, though, because I kept feeling like there were too many emails, too many little details, and just too much to sort through, but in the end everything worked fine.

There were a couple of upsells along the way, which I usually don’t love, but they were easy enough to skip. I’m particular about not getting pushed into extras I don’t need, and this didn’t bother me much.

"Helpful with my airline schedule change"
My flight got changed by the airline, and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next (not my favorite kind of surprise). "Prices are ok tbh, but not always the lowest"
I’ve found cheaper prices on other sites a few times, so they’re def not always the cheapest. That said, they do have some decent deals here and there, so it’s still worth checking imo.

"Easy booking, but the insurance price made me gasp"
Booking was super easy, no complaints there. But when I saw the travel insurance price, I was like, wait... are we insuring a trip or buying a small island? It wasn’t awful or anything, and the coverage seemed fine, but for what it actually included, I’m not totally convinced it was worth the extra cost.

“NEVER BOOK FLIGHTS WITH CHEAPOAIR! ENDLESS SAGA!!! Beside that they asked me $5797 to change one leg of the return of a $1350 flight a first time and then $7876, I finally discovered that they are located in PAKISTAN!!!!! No air company can detect on their system the fare for this ticket so no company could change this return! The ticket has been bought from those gangsters from some consolidator in a shady way. The customer service is pitiful and simply doesn't care about you once you have been scammed with the ticket purchase. AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Basically out of a regular flight of 16 hours I have to add 9 hours to reach LA via Washington. A real pain in the butt. And now that I already checked in, they are babbling of contact Lufthansa when I'm already in the plane AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!”
